The IRS has announced that individual and business taxpayers in all 64 Louisiana parishes have been granted an automatic extension to June 15, 2021, to file federal individual and business tax returns and to make tax payments that were due on or after February 11, 2021, and before June 15, 2021. The extension is due to the winter storms occurring between Feb. 11-19, 2021, and following the disaster declaration issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
